The Multiview option is so bad, that you can only have side-by-side images using a tiny portion of the screen for each input. Also, there is no speaker output option for a 3.5mm connection. If you use Bluetooth you have to reconnect the external speakers every time the computer goes to sleep.
One of the good features was that it has built-in RDP software for setting up and saving connections to a windows machine. Of course, that's made worse by the fact that it is using Wi-Fi and seems a little laggy for that reason.
Also, the speakers are incredibly tinny sounding and just cannot handle even the slightest bump in the bass without buzzing. If you have Samsung wireless speakers, it will automatically connect to that with no issue. If you have a sound bar with eARC that will work also, but you'll waste one of only 2 inputs just to correct this horrible sound setup.
The connectivity isn't great either, with 1 upstream and 1 downstream USB-C port, and 1 "Micro HDMI" port (don't change that too much, you'll break the thing).
The plastic housing on the monitor is also extremely flimsy and genuinely not good!
Oh, and you can't really run more than one of these at a time, because the remote control will shut both displays off at once, or bring up the smart menu on both monitors at the same time.
I really cannot fathom why Samsung made these devices with such bad software and I really hope they fix it very soon!

P.S. the VA panel doesn't bother me. I really don't notice that much difference. Another thing I like about this monitor is that it has little glare and good brightness.
BTW, I figured out how to attach this to a monitor arm, if needed. It requires customizing a metal plate behind a part I disassembled from the stand.

so, there you go. apparently even with a PC hooked up to a thing, people still want Smart Apps on a crappy slow interface
