First of all, please bear with me I don't post a lot but wanted
to share my experience here in an effort maybe it could help others in need. This is an in store deal so there's no link to a site I can give. You'd have to do it in store at your local Costco.
Signed up for new service with Tmobile (direct) kiosk at my local Costco last night. The deal seemed pretty good so I will share the details.
I needed 2 new phones, the best phones they are offering will get you either an iPhone 14, or an S23. You have to sign you up for the magenta plus plan to get the full $800 cost credited, but that also comes with some nice perks like free Netflix and Disney plus. It comes to about 140/145 per month after taxes is what was told.
There were 2 kickers that really made this deal feel "slick."
1. I only had to trade in my old iPhone XR (or could trade an IPhone 10) to get the iPhone 14, my wife didn't have to trade anything for her s23, so that was nice
2. He said he can add a promo to include a 3rd line for the same cost, and same deal - trade an old iPhone to get another free iPhone 14, or trade in nothing and get a free s23
Had to sign up for 2 years to get all the service credits for the phones, but end of day for 145 a month I got three brand new top of line phones and service.
Also, each new line (so three) gets a $150 Costco credit and no activation fees for doing it at Costco. .
A for OP's effort and for sharing. Upvoting and Repping the OP.
B+ for reposting this deal as aspects of this deal have been available for months or even years. 3rd line free has been available at least since 2020 or earlier. Free phone deals with T-Mobile since the iPhone 14 and S22/23 launched. Also, this deal can't be replicated at all Costco kiosks as only some are run by T-Mobile.

I appreciate the feedback, and appreciating that I took the time to share, what seems like a not so hot topic of a deal. I'm not around all the time and it can be hard to find that kind of info if you're not in tune to what's current for stuff like this. I been around a long time and it was discouraging to get so many TDs on this with no comments after I took the time to post for people's info. Yes I was going to add YMMV bc I do realize not every Costco has a online kiosk

I think the biggest turnoff for SDers with this cell deal is the bill credits thing. Nobody likes being tied down to a company even if you planned to stay there anyway. Company's change hands, merge, etc and service level changes which means you want to be able to jump ship at your leisure. Or, it could just be you want to be able to switch from provider to provider as they offer promotions. Used to be that these Costco deals were great because you'd get your funds back in a Visa gift card, lump sum, and would be free to cancel/leave/downgrade your plan afterwards; but with bill credits (plus requiring a trade-in for the iPhone!) it's just not that appealing to many. Thanks for the effort though!
Fair point - I don't disagree with you, lol let's hope I don't regret it. Hopefully the additional perks make staying there worthwhile on its own.
To be fair OP, this is NOT a bad deal, heck alot better than what most Americans are getting. The problem is people like me are spoiled with *slick* deals.

the trend is bill credits way :-P to retain the customer to stay in years.
I remember, bought phone from costco in the past, moving from att to tmobile including porting number, yeah I got visa gift card within 3 weeks :-D
Really a great deal depending how you look at it. T-Mobile is offering more than all carriers if you sign up for the Magenta Max plan a a premium phone.
You get
T mobile Tuesday offers that include anything from a donut to MLS or MLB for a year.
Netflix 2 screen
Apple TV
Paramount plus
And a ton more.
If you preordered the S23 phones the deal was $1000 free per line, free memory upgrade from 256/512, and this $150 credit at Costco. ALL THIS WAS WITHOUT TRADING IN A PHONE. MIGRATIONS FROM SPRINT COUKD DO THIS AS WELL.The Galaxy watch 5 is free with credits too.
If you don't like being tied down to credits just leave and pay off your phone either way you have to buy a top tier phone. Other discounts are available like get 2 lines your 3rd is free. First responder, Military, or most large companies get some type of discount like 15%.
I think SD's want cell deals to be easy but honestly it's like buying a car the process takes hours especially if you need to activate several lines, migrate, transfer phone books, pictures ect.
Great deal where else can you get almost $3600 worth of credit and premium 5g/4g services for 3 lines at $140 or $120 for Military/ 1st Responders. There are a ton more perks but you have to actually reseach their website. Thanks for the post and effort.

tmobile (sprint merged) has better coverage in 5G, in my area, tmobile 4G coverage is spoty. but when switching to 5G, it is a blast
