My order went through. I have purchased before from Newegg and gotten full Denon warranty, so not really worried about issues there. Price is good for new product!

No, you have not purchased from Newegg and gotten full Denon warranty. Its been well documented that they are NOT an authorized dealer. That being said, I still bought ttheopen box one as the risk is low there there is anything wrong with it...

On 8/15/2017, I purchased a Denon Avr-x4300h from Newegg. Close to 3 years of ownership, one of the hdmi ports stopped working. I processed a warranty claim with Denon's help, drove to local service center, and got it back fixed about 3 weeks later. I had no issues whatsoever with warranty.

But sure, you know best...

Well that was over 5 years ago and a lot of things have changed in that time. If it says 90 days warranty I'd assume that's what it is.

Easy to find out. Takes a couple of minutes to register the warranty if/when I get it. If it doesn't register as 3 years, it goes back. Pretty risk-free.

In my experience, Denon stands behind their products. Maybe something has changed, maybe not. I guess we'll see.
