Just saw this sale in my email, tempted, (current balance over 80,000 points)
Wondering how often they do this, if there is a limit to how many we can get of a certain brand and if all of them go on sale anytime

last time they did this was around the thanksgiving for 20% off. no guarantees they will going forward though... I need apple GC to pay the monthly storage so in 4 two, me and wifey lol

Question for you Citi pointers...

I know the Rewards+ card gives you 10% of your points back at redemption.

Is it possible to use the Custom Cash 5% points with the Rewards+ to get 5.5%?

I know it can be done with the Double Cash to turn 2% into 2.2%. But I see no mention of doing that with the Custom Cash. Has anyone done this and can speak from experience?

I don't have direct experience, but I would think yes as long as you combine the two ThankYou accounts into one, so both, Custom Cash and Rewards+ cards post into the same account. Must be done by the rep... then you should be able to redeem the points with 10% back

Rare… If you need Apple GCs, this is almost as good as it gets the once or twice a year they have 15% off.

Chase has Home Depot GCs on sale right now too, btw… Kind of rare.
