If you have a chase amazon prime card and prime membership, then it already gets 5% cashback, so for those that have this, it'd be better to save the discover points for something else
this only gives you 5%, not an extra 5%. if it previously gave you 1% and now it gives you 6%, to me that means an extra 5%. but a flat 5% is not a sd. if you shop on amazon with your discover card, i would save my card in the amazon wallet and save your disc points for the occasional amazon/disc card deals. most of us get 5% with the amazon store card so there's no need to waste your disc points, i agree with ^.
*crossing fingers for the Shell deal to come back* but not holding my breath. They usually have a good deal on Happy cards around the holidays (that I then go to Lowes and buy 3rd party GC with) but they didn't have that this past year.
Just adding - discover seems good but they also sue you if you are behind payment for 2 months without telling you or giving you a warning. Just to put it out there.

Lol. On the bright side imagine if they wanted a pinky or a toe š¤·. Man, what credit cards can I get where I can spend and spend and spend and they don't demand any minimum payments for eternity? š¤

I was disappointed in the lack of the Happy cards this year too. Sitting on $500 right now waiting for something good.

Agree 100%. These are the best promos Amazon offers. I go on buying sprees every time they run them.

Maybe pay the bills you owe?
