For the record, I paid $5 more for my mount. This is an ok deal. At least better than what I paid.
I actually have this as well bought in December for $33.17. Got it to mount a TV to a slanted ceiling.
Overall good mount, does what it's supposed to. I didn't use the included lags (I never use included lags with anything I buy because the included ones tend to be cheap).
