12600 is worth 180-200, mobo should be 100-120 so deal should be $300-350 max to be good deal for past generation

The motherboard is about $350 on its own. I5-12600k is approximately $225-$250 maybe a little more depending on the area. Although you probably won't need an $350 mobo for an 12600k. Unless you live near microcenter, it's not a horrible deal. You should check your facts with the price though cause it's pretty far off
