Eligibility. The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of residency and age may be required prior to award of any prize.
Timing: The Batiste Overnight Giveaway (the "Giveaway") entry period begins at 5:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on February 20, 2023 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on February 28, 2023 (the "Entry Period")
Prize. Winner will receive a prize package consisting of: one (1) Batiste Overnight Dry Shampoo (approximate retail value ("ARV"): $12.99), one (1) Batiste Overnight Hair Mask (ARV: $12.99), Batiste branded swag (ARV: $25.00)(selection and quantity as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion and subject to availability), one (1) $1,000.00 Visa gift card, and two (2) consecutive nights hotel accommodations for winner and a guest (single room, double occupancy) at a hotel of winner's choice in a city of winner's choice within the fifty (50) United States, up to a maximum cost of $500 per night, inclusive of taxes and fees (awarded as a $1,000.00 gift card). ARV of entire prize package: $2,050.00.
