This is more expensive than the MSRP for the standard OLED models. Is that because the MSRP is higher, or is this just the market price?

I'm considering getting the Tears of the Kingdom OLED model (the one that leaked), but probably not if it costs more than the regular OLED. I am glad that they're continuing to produce these themed consoles for people who want them, rather than doing a single limited run and letting scalpers up the price. I like the design of the leaked gold Joy-Cons (unlike some), but I'm somewhat hesitant to buy an OLED at all if it's going to become obsolete once the Switch's successor launches (which will probably happen within a couple of years).

Of course, if the successor isn't backwards-compatible with Switch games, I will want a nice Switch model going forward, but I don't think that's very likely.

Edit: It looks like the Splatoon 3 OLED is also $359.99, which makes it likely that future themed console editions will be more expensive.

What's MSRP for the standard OLED models?

Does this version include the Pokemon game?

The special edition OLED's do not come with the corresponding games. They basically upcharge $10 extra from normal OLED price in store, but they all retain much higher resale value in terms if you sold it used later on.

No, games needs to be purchased separately , the console is $10 more than standard non-themed versions, which justifies for the limited versions.

If it's "limited' then why is it back in stock?

Probably just stock from GameStop brick and mortar stores that were sent back to headquarters.

I remember seeing this model for in-store pickup only before (alas, none in my area after entering my address).

LOL
It's market leader things. Apple does the same stuff with their crap. People will buy it regardless.
