I wonder how this compares to Voyager Pro ebike. Anybody tried both?
Don't know about the Haze yet since it's in unboxed for me waiting for weather permit to try
However, I hated Voyager Pro because it didn't accelerate when climbing hill regardless the speed level you chose. It was going up on level 1 speed even though you up the level to 3.
My household has Jupiter X5 and that bike climbs a hill fast. In other words, the speed level matters (works) for Jupiter when climbing the hill (I'm 190 pounds).
I'm hoping this Haze does the same. Will test it when it stops snowing over Nevada.
Hope this helps!
I have the Jupiter model and from what I have read, it performs similarly. Has it's pros and cons but for the price, I highly doubt you'll find anything better.
Problem is it's a 350w motor and the max speed is ~15mph.
After riding the Voyager at 21mph, it's hard to go back to 15mph.
The positive is that its much lighter, has 2 brakes and removable battery.
I have the Voyager and if I had to pick one at $500, I'd probably pick the Jetson.
The Voyager is just heavy at 60lbs. I like to put the bike in my suv and even that is a chore.
I would pick the Jetson and hope that there is a speed hack just like the Jetson Bolt.
Saw this at Costco a couple weeks ago and was about to pick up a couple until I saw that there was only one gear which is a no go for me. Of course the ones with more gears will end up costing much more.

Picked up 2. It's really fun. Haven't check the mileage as I was mostly pedaling it. Only thing I wish it have, is some kind of shocked when going over bumps, pot holes.

The rear wheel has a shock absorber; though I wish the front did as well. I just dodge potholes and pray.
