Be sure to save your box so when the POS Arlo people decide that your perfectly functioning cameras that sold with FREE cloud service, are now at their End of Life (EOL) and will no longer be supported, you can return everything to Costco for a refund.

And from day one you'll get garbage support, from what is apparently a garbage company, IMO.

Due to the public uproar, the CEO took that back and they are continuing to support. That being said, they did it once. Hopefully they learned, but YMMV in the future.

when I sign into costco to order it says it's $499.99. Not $299 like the op states.
