Thank you for this! It had been on my list for a while. I bought one as a gift from an odd German site for not much less than this. Many Knipex tools are significantly cheaper on German Amazon (shipping is not free in the US), but this one is not.

This is a good deal if you want the tool. It hasn't been around that long, so perhaps we will see more deals on it in the future.

For those of you new to Knipex, I highly recommend a 7", or 10" Cobra. This isn't a replacement for them but there are definitely going to be situations where this TwinGrip will come in handy.

Also thanks to this thread I learned Home Depot actually carries Knipex! I thought Menards (direct competitor in the midwest) was the only one carrying them near me. I've been in HD many times and never once have seen anything Knipex.

Been tracking the price so a year or so…. Usually normal price is $35 ish and comfort models are around $40 ish

Home Despot has these ~$37 shipped usually. Also, at least for me, I see $35 on 'zon.

That said these are quite nice, good price if anyone's already planning to buy ASAP.

I think HD only carries them online so you won't find them in store.
