Did anyone get hit with a service fee if $6? I will call tomorrow to find out. I have a balance over $3500. Maybe needs to be higher?

Will. Update once I find out.. just thought I'd give heads up for those like me that font check this about regularly..lol

US Bank is awful at paying bonuses. I opened a credit card and used it according to their rules. When it came to pay an additional bonus, they reneged on their offer and didn't pay the $150 bonus. They are one of the few (almost only) banks I have had issues with. Bad...

My 60 days just passed, even though I switched to paperless still charged me $6. I did transfer more than 3k and paid few bills too with balance still above 3k now we will see how it goes and will report!

I called them today as they charged me $6 service charge for not enrolling in paperless billing. They confirmed my promo and that I hit all the requirements but gave me that same story of 6-8 weeks. If i read the terms right, it says the bonus will be paid out within 45 days after meeting all the requirements which is inline with the 6-8 weeks. It is now a waiting game.

Yes, but it was Thursday, July 28. 2022. So…relevant, but not that recent.

My mother-in-law was considering a proposal USBank "wealth managers" pitched her for a large, seven year CD (often a questionable investment regardless) but I'll have her read the comments here.

Hey! Me too....I had to file a report on them. Mine was for the $500 bonus for using merchant services..I'm STILL dealing with them on this. They actually charged me $500 instead of giving me $500 and then they closed my account. It's been an unreal headache.
