Yes they suck. Multiple calls to CC and every time they make up some BS excuses. Also they tell me I've checked all boxes on requirements to qualify for the bonus but they'll not credit you.
I never got this even after 90 days and cc claiming I satisfied all the requirements. They just make you hanging
