I've only had some 11x14 framed canvas prints done, plus 5 16x20 posters, all which came out fantastic.
But I had uploaded 300dpi high resolution originals.

Called a few places in Colorado, where I live, and they had the same issue. Hope no one else runs into this issue since this is a really great deal. There is no way of knowing which stores have poster machines or the paper in stock on the CVS website.
