when i clicked through the email i received it said on the landing page it would be a free drink but as you pointed out i'm not sure if it's the same free item for everyone. here are the other terms from my email (emphasis mine):

"Once you solve the puzzle, use the code to enjoy a free fountain drink* on your next Chipotle order. But hurry, only the first few to figure it out will get to redeem.

this would be awesome if the chipotles around me didn't constantly have broken soda machines. it's always a gamble whether or not you'll even get anything. thanks OP
