I'd get a pair for taking notes/sketches in the winter because I use three fingers for gestures in the iPad and most gloves only come with two. Review says the capacitive touch sucks, though.

I bought these (or similar to these) a few years ago for motorcycle classes. They're very comfortable, but I would never trust these in a motorcycle crash due to the material (cloth).
