Awesome price for the size but with that much width it seems like it needs to be curved.

100% agree. After getting used to curved monitors, I can't even do a 32" flat anymore. 27" is about my limit for a flat monitor.

Yeah, I don't even use curved monitors, but there's a limit for sure. Unless you're viewing this monitor from like 6+ feet away I can't imagine using it flat. I usually sit 3-4 feet away and you'd literally be turning your neck all day. IPS can only solve so much.

i have a 34'' UltraWide and it's fine, but you're right... at 43.8'' it'd be far too much. if you're gaming on it? no, no, no... even my 34'' would be rough doing any type of competitive gaming on. but for a mix of work and gaming, 34'' is just right for me.

43.8 flat panel with a 1080P vertical, what a joke, you're asking for whiplash. I don't like curved screens, too distorted for photo processing I do, but this aspect needs it. What market did they even make this for?

So I have the 49" Samsung 5120x1440p, and it's great.

But 1080p or not, I'm really eyeballing this for work. Currently using two 24" 60hz monitors side by side and the gap in middle is driving me crazy.

I'm only saying that for the folks out there who are interested in this and not using for gaming.

For the people that are ok with running 3x 1080p monitors and don't want to pay beyond that. For that it's a decent deal, even if I disagree with the cost/benefit analysis of that.

Similar pixel density to a 24" 1080p display (~91 ppi). Size is kind of like having two 20-something inch monitors side by side.

For basement gameroom, buy 3, mount vertically = profit? Need help in use case. I'm thinking dynamic posters maybe?

16:9 curved = too awkward
21:9? needs to be curved. had flat 21:9 and hated it. 2000R-2500R is good
32:9? curved absolutely. aim for 1500R or less!

Yeah, same. Got an AOC 34" 2K curved for work… and yeah, just bought that Dell 34" 2K curved for home lol. Spoiled.
