How are you getting the $249.99 as the regular price? Every zip code i've tried shows $289.99 - 50 = $239.99 so it must be a regional thing.

I've had my eye on this for a while, going to bite at this price. I want a utility sink in my garage.

I have a separate hot and cold hose spigot in there and 2 floor drains. Going to find some way to manipulate those into being able to hook up this sink. Thinking a 2-way splitter on each spigot so I can still hook a hose up and then some kind of spigot to water line adapter and then just run a pipe down the middle of the floor to the drain area in the middle of the garage

They had these on clearance for 149.97 a few months ago and i picked it up, love it its great! No dog Included tho

the quality is hit or miss on these. i saw them intially when they first came to the store and they looked pretty decent. i looked again this weekend and some of them had pretty crappy welds they were ground down smooth but the surface was still pretty rough. so make sure you give them a good look over before buying
