Vipoutlet has many series 7 stainless steel cell versions available for the Apple Watch. All grade A or better. I just bought a series 8 with Milanese loop for $400 and was brand new. Only the shrink wrap was torn. If there are any issues they offer free returns but never had a problem. Typically grade A is always brand new condition. This appeared to be the best deal.

Only the shrink wrap was torn. If there are any issues they offer free returns but never had a problem. Typically grade A is always brand new condition. This appeared to be the best deal.

FYI OP, Apple Watch series 7 and 8 do NOT have shrink wrap due to Apple's environmental goals. If you don't believe me, feel free to check out YouTube for unboxing videos, or just directly confirm with Apple.

That's my point. VIP Outlet (or whomever they bought it from) wrapped it so it wasn't really brand new. And if it's been been activated before (see checkcoverage.Apple.com), it's used/refurbished. Condition/status is YMMV.

Did the box have two paper pull tabs with green arrow? That's how Apple "seals" their packaging now

This is not Apple certified refurbished product (website states 90 days of warranty) All apple certified refurbished products are covered by one year warranty. Also I am fairly certain that you will not be able to purchase apple care for it

All stainless gen 8 series 8 cell 45mm are 599. Where do you see 400?

Too late now but for the future I bought a few things from VIP Outlet and haven't been disappointed and would buy again any time. One time they cancelled a charger order but Apple watches and iPads I got there were always top.

They sent me a 41mm vs a 45mm - but as others have mentioned the quality was "like-new" with tiny hairline scratches on the stainless steel bezel. Milanese watch band looked brand new. Charger had some scratches on it as well but nothing to complain about. I might still keep it depending on what VIP tells me about a replacement as it does feel really nice compared to my aluminum Series 7.
