If your local store has a lot of stock, you might want to roll the dice by waiting to see if the clearance price drops further. Or if you buy one now, keep an eye out for a price drop/ price match opportunity.
EDIT: Brickseek page now shows 'No Resultd Found" even though all the stores in my town were shown to have at Least 1 or 2 in stock on Saturday.
