Before choosing a protein powder, i always recommend keeping your workout goal in mind and speaking with a nutritionalist or doctor. Read the nutritional facts on each powder. People from pasts posts will comment about fillers, creatine, or cholesterol in this product but that may not meet their needs or desires.
I find that this tastes pretty good and mixes fairly well.
That's really bad, just in terms of protein per calorie and protein per dollar.
Tried to tone the criticism down as these threads get hostile and off-topic real quick lol...but yes, agree.

Would just say that 50g/serving for 30g of protein is a bit much on the filler side. But good price.

Thats a good point. It forces us to examine this thoroughly and see that it is not such a great price as it seems. Lots of fillers.

I am accustomed to the unflavored whey that is 28grams per serving and has 25g of protein per serving.

The protein per serving grams gives a good ratio for how much protein you're actually getting per serving but there is a good way to calculate cost of protein per serving grams?

I think this would be a good way to compare with other protein deals to understand exactly what you are paying is a good deal or not. I typically have just calculated total lbs of the bag to the cost to understand if its a good deal but i dont think thats a good approach. Ex) whilst this deal is cheaper than say the ON deal that was posted for same 5lb bag, the protein ratio for ON is much greater but does that make it more cost effective when you factor cost?

I don't think there's been a deal for more than 44 grams per dollar for months. The last big deal on the front page with 100+ votes was only 35

Just looking at the supplement facts:
Protein per serving: 30 grams
Servings per container: 45

30*45/$30.49 = 44.27 grams per dollar. Plus there's $2.70 worth of creatine in it and whatever you value BCAAs at

The ON deal comes out to less protein per dollar on your calculation though the ratio of protein per serving is better. You make a good point on the added creatine which would seem like filler on this one but is actually beneficial. Anyway, might give this one a try as I've never had it before.
