Good deal, we use ours nearly everyday. The best I have seen them is new for $100, so not a bad deal.

Does anyone know the difference between this and the DG551 model? I can't seem to figure out what sets them apart besides their looks. Best buy sells both new for $180.

Someone in the Amazon reviews said that this version only has top heat while the DG551 (2nd gen) has both top and bottom heat.

Got one of these refurbished ones from the woot deal a few weeks back. Mine came with a cooking pot that was so warped the lid doesn't close. I can't comment on the warranty process as I haven't heard back yet. Everything else looks brand new with mine so it could be a solid deal if you've got better luck than me.

From what I understand the OG had 4 functions and the 2nd gen has 6

This says 6 functions, so pretty sure this is either a 2nd gen or maybe a late first gen
