I took a chance on this. My air fryer broke. Wanted to try the ninja but pretty pricy. I saw them renewed on ebay for 125ish$. Found this one for 105.99$ with a 26$ off coupon from amazon. My first time posting so go easy. Got it for 85.39 out the door from amazon.

All seem to have arrived fine (one was gift)
That said also bought a laptop from them that was "refurbished" yet couldn't make it past the boot screen without getting errors around same time.
Waited a week for a replacement they promised before they finally told me was out of stock (bc I contacted them for an update). Wasn't the best experience for $740 on that, waiting on refund now once they process return
Also a juicer that came with a cracked piece that I'm not sure is worth the hassle as still is functional

No it's not, take out the tray and grill as it sits in the ninja after its cooled and put it flat in the sink, now cover the whole thing to the top with boiling water. Will clean it in a minute.
Yup easily one of my favorite appliances especially in winter when you cant use the outdoor grill.
File a complaint through BBB and see if Woot will give you better resolution. I had similar customer service issue with GameStop.com and had to file a complaint through BBB. My order issue was resolved shortly after the filing.
