Q990C 2023 is released so 2022 prodcuts were discounted.
I chatted a second time and I thought it wasn't going to work because they keep your chat history. Anyway, I mentioned that I was looking to get a 10% discount because my friend was able to get one (y'all are my friends, right?). They were like let me ask my supervisor and asked me if this would be my first Samsung product or do I own any other Samsung things. I mentioned I owned a Samsung phone and smartwatch.
Then they were like I was able to get a 10% discount for you and they asked for my info so they can create a custom cart for me. They actually stay with you until you check out. (Btw, I had a cb extension installed hoping it would work and it popped up saying it activated, but the page was blank and I had to refresh it, so I don't know if I'll get cb from the extension or not.)
I had done my calculations before comitting to the purchase, so I knew exactly what I was going to pay with tax, but something didn't match and I was confused. The chat rep messaged me again asking if I was done checking out since I had been taking a while to figure out why my numbers didn't match. For some reason they charged me more tax than they should have. $7.32 more, to be exact.

Edit: By the way, I don't have AAA, but I knew my aunt does. All I did is put her name and zip code and I was able to shop through AAA's discounted link. So if you know someone that has AAA, it's as easy as putting their name and zip code.

1. Ordered this soundbar with a 10% off link sent to me by the rep during the chat.
2. Cancelled the order after an hour from my online account.
3. Received the cancellation confirmation email with 10% off as coupon code that expires 1/1/25. Note: Tried the Promo code again on multiple product mobile, tab, laptop ect.. it worked only on products listed under TV and Audio.

I have 11.1.4 sound bar for $800 and 9.1.2 soundbar for family room for $450.
I also bought their sound tower this week 1700W one which sounds amazing for the price i grabbed it for $400+tax
Bought their 90B 85" tv recently for $1700
You would not be dissapointed with 11.1.4 especially wireless dolby atmos and DTS
EPP prices are unbeatable compared to costco prices imo so i grabbed my entire home with the samsung devices.
