This 4k disc gets very good reviews for it's video quality. I'm tempted to pick it up. I haven't watched this movie in years.

I introduced someone to this movie - she was upset at me for showing it to her.
I got the audio book from a Humble Bundle - so I said "Give it another chance" and we listened to it. She loved it.
She then went back and watched the movie again and loved it.

Kubrick could make a visual masterpiece, but he didn't always tell the story.

Some may not care for the storytelling but some of the visuals are really fantastic for showing off a high end tv or projector

I felt the same way. Watched it in college, wasn't into it. Read the book, which is incredible, then watched the movie again and was like ohhhh I get it.

I had to watch 3 times when it came out. The 3rd time clicked for me after I had some mushrooms.
