The Diplomatico Rum Festival Sweepstakes ("Promotion") is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Utah and Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who have a valid social security or tax ID number, and who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Each entrant is eligible to submit up to one (1) Promotion entry per day during the Promotion Period

PRIZING
Four (4) Grand Prizes as listed below:

INNINGS FESTIVAL
One (1) Festival Rock Flight®️ which includes two (2) 2-day VIP tickets to Innings Festival at Raymond James Stadium Grounds in Tampa, FL scheduled to take place March 18, 2023 through March 19, 2023; round-trip, economy class air transportation for two (2) from the major airport nearest prize winner's home within the U.S. to the major airport nearest the Festival; one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for three (3) nights / four (4) days; and a $200.00 pre-paid cash card to use toward ground transportation. Selection of airline and hotel, and any seat and/or room assignments are at the discretion of Live Nation, airline and/or hotel personnel. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner's responsibility. Live Nation reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the winner resides within two hundred (200) miles from Innings Festival venue.
