Have your doc run a blood test on your Co Q 10 levels. People who are on statins and a few diseases have shown CO Q 10 may be helpful. This may help https://www.consumerlab.com/news/...o%20q%2010

Is ALA also involved with these?

If you don't know I'd recommend a Thorne multivitamin. I'm not a doctor...

A multivitamin wouldn't contain CoQ10. The better form of this supplement is "Ubiquinol". You'd need to discuss this with your doctor and/or research it. This isn't something to use impulsively because it's at a lower price.

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

If you have high blood pressure or any sort of inflammation with the body, CoQ10 really works well to improve both.

My husband takes it to help with blood pressure & overall heart health. Honestly, no clue if it's as beneficial as companies say it is, but it's included in our daily handful of supplements.

for that I recommend to use drugs.com interaction checker, its really helpful. As for the CoQ10 do your own research, plus its useful as an energizer

I don't see the 30% savings. Is this deal dead?

These are only 100mg and seem pricey. We all bought this one that's 400mg pills for considerably less $$.
