Just compared prices of the restaurant I always use Doordash coupons on. The restaurant price is $19.00 but DD is charging $25.50 for the same item. Dang.....

In my area doordash prices are not higher than restatraunt prices. So its almost always cheaper to pickup orders placed with coupon on DD

Does not work and you run the risk of canceling order without getting a refund. Restaurants have to trash food when orders are canceled and because of that you might not even get a refund.

I do.

As a matter of fact, that's the only times I usually use these sorts of deals.

Getting food delivered and paying for all sorts of added costs, fees, taxes, surcharges, delivery fees and tips makes it the opposite of a slick deal.

I have two functioning legs and I don't mind spending 5-10 minutes to go and pick up some food. I'm not that lazy.​

The slick deal is for the pick up.

Instead of me paying $17 bucks for my favorite meal at a local indian restaurant, I'll now pay $12. Sounds good to me.

Meanwhile the restaurant just takes the loss on the order and the food is wasted. Is it really that difficult for you to earn $5 that makes you think this is a neat trick?
