MSRP is very over priced
Not from what I've seen the 12700H and a 3060 (not 50). This is about what I'd expect. Like the dell Inspiron 14+ MSRP is about this much and it has the inferior graphics card.
Does anyone know how durable this is? My last experience with acer was a decade ago and not good. I've mostly been looking at enterprise units, but the price on this is too good.
edit: I'm out. soldered ram only. I've gotta have at least one open ram slot for expansion.

Unless you need the 14" size, keep an eye out for the Helios 300. I picked it up on BF with all the same specs except it being 1080p and it's been great. Both RAM slots are upgradable. I was expecting to settle for JEDEC profile ram as usual per Acer, however, I upgraded using G.Skill 5200mhz as it has a 4800mhz JEDEC and was pleasantly surprised to see it running the 5200mhz XMP.

yeah i bought this and didnt realize it was soldered ram.. deal breaker..
but damn is this laptop pretty; fans arent annoying, feel very premium; good choice of port placement
Whenever you see LPDDRXX RAM, it is soldered w/o any slots for possible expansion.
For a laptop geared towards gamer. this should at least had 32GB soldered RAM or regular non-LP RAM in dual channel with both slots up for upgrades. But Acer and Asus are hell bent soldering RAMs these days (and Lenovo/HP)
