found at 12304 on BS but there are other stores at this price

BS is stupid because there were 7-8 left at one store and BS reports it being OOS as i just checked

brickseek shows 2 in stock at 70 percent off. Lowes online shows 2 in stock but 19.99 to pick up. Will it automatically discount it when I go pick it up? This is how walmart clearance used to work in the past. Have not been in the game in a while.
