Not a bad price I think. But I would like to mention that there was a similar sized shed for 1199 three months ago.

Does the door form a semi-seal like regular doors or is there a pretty open seam? Couldn't tell by Costco's site.

Had the same question and concern. Can easily see nice and other small critters getting in there. My guess is it's not really a seal but is probably tightly close. But you know what happens over time with that sh1t

This shed looks great and it's around $2000 on other websites. But there are not many reviews. Probably a new style...

Costco used to sell a similar one around $2000. I believe that was slightly bigger (by 6 inches on one side).
