Does the door form a semi-seal like regular doors or is there a pretty open seam? Couldn't tell by Costco's site.

Had the same question and concern. Can easily see nice and other small critters getting in there. My guess is it's not really a seal but is probably tightly close. But you know what happens over time with that sh1t

Costco used to sell a similar one around $2000. I believe that was slightly bigger (by 6 inches on one side).

I would have bought this, but we have an 8' fence and for anything above 8,' and visible we need to get permission from the City and HOA. It's a PITA.

Looks like the height is only 7.5 feet, exterior.
