Stopped by my local HD looking for this kit. BS said they had 8 and they had 4 in the clearance section. There was a manager up at the front with a table that had a bunch of clearance stuff on it (including the battery kit). She asked me if I was interested in any of it and I told her I came here for the battery kit and she then crossed out the $85 price and marked it $55. This was definitely ymmv on the additional discount and thanks op for the super sweet deal.

Woodhaven, MI has these @ $85. These are on the far side of the tool crib in the clearance section on the end cap stocked about 15' from the floor. The yellow price sticker is hard to see.
HD site showed zero at my local store in Cottleville MO but Brickseek showed 2ea in stock. My store had 7 in stock as clearance at the $85 price. They had a bunch of clearance power tools on a short shelf by the Pro Desk.
Are batteries like this now eligible for LSA? I thought in the past, only batteries that were included in a "kit" with tools got LSA...
At one time batteries alone were not lsa but I'm fairly certain that may have changed. But this is a kit with a charger and bag along with the batteries
