Amazon had ithe farm version earlier today on a one day sale for $31, but I'm not seeing that now. I ordered this a month ago for $44 and really like it. I don't have a Aerogarden farm (I have different version) but have it in a bin with a cheap pond pump underneath. FYI, I'm reading for the actual farm model you would need two, one for each side. But since I don't own this model I can't confirm.

That's a clever idea. Are you using the grow light from the other Aerogarden model you have?

Free shipping is at $50 or more, after coupons. There's also code GETGROWING10 for $10 off $50. Coupons aren't stackable though

It goes into the AG farm and uses the reservoir.

I put a light across the top of the bin, I also have grow lights hanging from the ceiling that I could just put the bin under.

Yes! I started some tomatoes to experiment with end of January. They sprouted in less than 3 days and were over 8" tall with thick stems in 4 weeks.
