I'm having the same problem. First time using groupon. Card is saying $0 value. There is nothing on the card.

Their (Groupon) customer service is horrible even when open… I'm in the same boat. To make matters worse, they still have this "deal" available. They've even acknowledged the issue over chat.. and still nothing!
