My son received the rocket ship version of this toy, which is basically the same as the plane version featured in this deal. He did enjoy putting it together, but the drill stopped working after a few minutes. I called the company to ask about a replacement, and the person on the phone seemed clueless as to protocol and suggested I email instead. I emailed, but received no response. Six months later I received an automated email response saying they had trouble with their email system, and if I still needed help to email them again. So I emailed them again. They responded that I'd need to send the original receipt for them to do anything, but since it was a gift from now 6+ months ago, I obviously didn't have a receipt so they couldn't help.
Given that this broke basically right away, that the company was worse than useless in helping out the situation, and that the toy wasn't that great to begin with, I would not recommend.
