It is a nice tool to have handy. I bought it a couple of weeks ago on sale for $55 and just went back to get the $15 price adjustment. Used it on a recently purchased boat that needed some compounding and polishing.

I've used this tool for over ten years. It out lasted the Porter Cable DA Polisher I bought at Lowes for over $100.00.
