I have a similar set (mine has the hooks on the ends so they "stack" without damaging the surfaces) and the quality is quite good.
Note that these are NOT Teflon nor ceramic. It's a proprietary non-stick surface. It works pretty well, but nothing can beat Teflon. However Teflon doesn't last very long at all so there's literally no point putting Teflon on a high quality pan; you'll need to throw the pan away after a couple years of use.
These Ninja non-stick pans work best if you preheat them and get them hot first. The instructions recommend this. They also recommend that you do not dishwash them even though they are technically dishwasher safe.

With all that said, I still recommend these.
