Amazon has Lightning Deal for the BOBOVR M2 Plus head strap for Quest 2 plus two battery packs and charging dock for $76.49. Price that I've seen on Amazon is usually around $90.

Pre-orders for a Quest3 dedicated M3 Pro kit are opening on Oct 10th.
No pricing on the Retrofit system yet, but it feels like this is a stonking good deal (and maybe $30 for a retrofit kit to convert to Q3)
