Price will drop to around $44 but a $3 service fee is added when you select payment type, which comes out to about $47
Paying with "gift cards" increases the service fee another $3 which brings it up to $50
Yes this has been roughly the going rate +/-$2. The days of $30-35 are most likely not coming back.
This will get you 1 year of PS+ Essential, but only 6 months of PS+ Premium. PS+ Extra tier will get you somewhere in the 243 days range.
Eneba is a mostly trustworthy site. But if you do get a code try to use it right away because there are plenty of stories of codes being claimed if you wait too long to claim it yourself.
