Now a wifi or bluetooth temp probes, yes!
I got a "Govee Bluetooth Meat Thermometer with 4 Probes" last december and have used it a bunch of times... including some 20hr cooks. Done well. Paid $16 from govee direct on a sale.
WiFi would be nice... but for $16 it works!
I have a Camp Chef Woodwind that's just over 5yrs old... NEVER a flameout, NEVER a fire. I do basic cleans occasionally.... been solid.
If you're considering a Pellet smoker, check out the FB group "Camp Chef Smoker Smokers" It's an excellent group, well admin monitored, and VERY helpful.
I joined weeks before buying... learned a lot, helped me make a decision.
My $.02!

How much meat can you add on it? Is it very small?
Definitely a good size brisket , right?
You could definitely do a brisket. It's just harder to do more than one large thing at once. If you try to fill the grate too full of stuff front to back, it will potentially overlap the drip tray and drip grease into the body of the grill. I've had it a month and love it so far.

Usually, when I need to change a temp, I'm also interacting with the meat on the grill. Wrapping from the stall with a 25 degree increase, for example.
