Looks to me like Amazon still has the same price, just have to choose your seller, ships from & sold by Amazon.

You were correct, thank-you. I have some baseboards I need to cut without removing from the wall and this should be the easiest way to do it. Just have to wait a couple weeks for delivery which for the price I'm fine with.

$99 was probably a different set with different battery. For this kit $110 is the lowest I've seen in 3 years

My comment got removed. I guess links to camel x3 are not allowed… but anyway… This kit drops to $99 regularly every 6 months or so, according to camel x3.

Also according to a deal Reddit post I found, 2 weeks ago this kit was temporarily $99.

I've checked camelcamel and lowest is $111 used. I don't know for sure, what you could've seen might be pricing for the previous model (DCS355) without speed selector.
