Thanks! I guess Brickseek did work for me but it shows none available in my area. I know there were probably 5-6 still on the shelf at the store where I purchased mine which was the same day of the initial post. I think Home Depot pulls items from inventory or masks them from the outside world once they go on clearance. I've seen that trend lately...anyway I'll add it to the OP. Thanks!

About 4 years ago home depot stores would give the clearance price of the item on clearance as well as the inventory with their automated assistant via phone. That was really cool. Both Lowes and Home Depot have went to the unlisted for clearance items as of late. So Sad. Glad to help. Have a good day.

Not in Texas. Only 10% of the SD Deals are ever good especially Home Depot.

Saw this at 14216 Buffalo, but didn't really see the need for them in my tool box.

I purchased mine at 45449 Dayton, OH area...they are good if you do a lot of electrical work, but specifically crimping and cutting of wire say inside of an enclosure or perhaps appliances, trailer wiring, things like that. More of a commercial tool than home owner tool, probably wouldn't use these for residential electrical work, like with Romex etc. Yes you COULD use these to cut wires, maybe copper crimp connectors for grounding or whatever but not for the majority of the work. Anyway...after using them you'll love them but it certainly is replaced by other tools with built in crimpers if you aren't doing a lot of them. You'll want these if you're doing a ton of crimps and want the leverage because it will be easier on your hands. I think of this deal as more of an opportunistic way to buy a tool that otherwise you might pass on due to it's cost and alternative.
