You must have gotten lucky, normally they don't price match Microcenter. I'm just got shot down, i'm going to try another rep if wait time is good.

I was able to get the price match done from Best Buy through online chat. Rep asked me for the microcenter.com link. Rep was able to match it and complete the order for me

It's a crapshoot. It was completely out of stock at every microcenter store when I price matched.
