Almost fully carpeted over cheap particle board. Very few sisal scratch areas and in useless spots, so most cats won't be interested. An Armarkat will last decades and has replacement posts. You're getting what you're paying for. Several reviews say the photos have been photoshopped to present it as larger.

Top critical review: "Total waste of time and money, wish I would have read the reviews below before purchasing. This states it's a 'Large playing house for mature cats'. That title is totally false. This fits no adult cat and the display image is either distorted or they made a larger model for a display picture, but I have adult cats and they don't fit on any platforms nor the bottom house, the middle house the cats fit but legs hang out. I will be contacting seller for return instructions but very disappointed. This is for ferrets, rats or kittens, SHOULD NOT BE LABELED FOR ADULT CATS THAT IS VERY MISLEADING"

These are for small animals and not adult heavy cats or the like, very cheap thus the cost so if you have a small cat great for you, if you have a 12pd and up cat expect it not to last long and hopefully your pet doesn't get hurt from the cheap cardboard breaking a part..

You should always look for sisal rope posts. Will hold up way better than carpet. Even if the rest of the "activity tree" was better quality, I'd still recommend removing the carpet from the posts and rewrapping with sisal rope.
