Paid for Chess Ultra on the switch and it's the only game I wish I could refund. Mediocre interface, God awful AI, and absolutely zero community. Queued for 30m without finding any games. Literally no reason to use it over lichess on pc

World Of Warships on PC has been free to play (with *plenty* of in-game purchases available) forever - is this cool because of the convenience of grouping more games under one launcher?

If you have an Oculus there's a free Virtual Chess [oculus.com] game that is pretty neat.

Also, there's some free DLC for World of Warships on Prime Gaming. No idea if it works w/ the Epic Games version though. I've never played the game.

Ahh. World of Warships. I played that for 7 years. I quit as soon as Russia invaded Ukraine. Left about 350 ships in port.

Wargaming and Lesta actually split due to the Ukraine war and a lot of wargaming employees are Ukrainian.

Since Wargaming has it's own launcher, I'm not really sure how Epic is involved other than "A game account created on Epic Games Store". You'd probably be better off just using someone's referral code unless they stack like Jedi suggested. I have the ship already and it's pretty decent, but no one plays tier 4 really...you'd be playing mostly against bots.

If you want to be pedantic... The Epic page says sale, so they are just copying and pasting. Also, they technically give you a discount of exactly the cost of the game, so it is a sale.
