Thought I upgraded to this back in November. Terrible. Hands down. When it's working perfectly, it's inaudible until volume gets to 50/100. 60/100 till you can understand anything, 70/100 starts distorting.

Issues:
Sub connects when it wants, how it wants randomly

Entire speaker bar makes sound 85% of the time. Randomly doesn't, no reason why. Forced to hard reset the speakers, repair with media center...

Duck this piece of trash.

Ohh and Bluetooth.... Hahahahaha lolololol 😂😂😂😂😂 its a joke, you literally have to have your phone withing ONE FOOT or it disconnects.

Don't do it. I'll be fighting with Klipsch when i get time for a refund, i will not accept a replacement.

Garbage.

I thought about getting one for my master bedroom then wondered if an apple home pod mini or Sonos will sound better.

I mean it's a bedroom, don't want it to be super loud or anything.
I have the Sonos Playbar and it's fantastic. If you're wanting something smaller, the Sonos Move also has great sound and will adjust to placement within the room. If you already run Sonos elsewhere, I'd highly recommend either one. The playbar is kind of expensive but the best I've heard and doesn't require a subwoofer to get deep sound quality.

My cinema 600 failed after two years. Very disappointed
Mine failed less than a year. The soundbar would not power up, but the warranty was great though. I got a new one but end up selling it.

Mine is still working. My 800 sucked. Lots of random noises and connectivity issues.

I have the Cinema 600 and it works great. Reading through the recent reviews of the 800 it seems they are urging people to update their firmware so maybe they implemented a fix for a lot of the connectivity issues.
How do we update the firmware any idea??

I have had mine for two years as well. I contacted them today, after researching it as a bad power supply ($14 on Amazon). They admitted there was a run of these with a bad capacitor on the power supply board and they are going to replace it even out of warranty. I would contact them if you have your receipt.

This is from a Cinema 700 deal. https://slickdeals.net/f/16484797-800w-3-1-channel-klipsch-cinema-700-soundbar-system-w-10-wireless-...

From x2ox2o "The Cinema 700 and 800 are the same sound bar, but the 700 is fully covered in mesh while the 800 has exposed horn tweeters. I believe the 700 was a Costco/warehouse exclusive.

I have the Cinema 800 with the additional rear surrounds, and let me start by saying the sound bar sounds incredible.

Getting it all working properly, however, was a pretty big headache. The firmware version that came on mine was old enough that it didn't support OTA updates, I had to manually update. During the manual update process, there are 3 separate files you need to flash using the upgrade procedure. You can't do them together so it needs to be one by one. After all that, one of the updates wouldn't take so I had to email support for a special version of the firmware to flash.

Before the firmware updates, the sound bar would constantly pop and cut in/out, or would get stuck in standby mode until I power cycled. After the updates, everything works phenomenally and it truly is a great sound bar.

I would recommend this to anybody comfortable enough to deal with firmware flashing, as it is a great price for the performance level. If you're the type that just wants to plug something in and never touch it again, this probably isn't the one for you. Knowing everything I went through to get mine working, I'd still buy it again."

Start with downloading the Klipsch Connect app on your phone, open it while your sound bar is on and you should get a prompt to connect to it with bluetooth. Once connected, go to the settings and click on Updates.
