After purchased and download this upgrade into my PS5 console , the game System - Installed shows the upgrade contents including Fishing, etc. The Special Edition already includes the Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn DLCs. The total cost of getting both PS5 / PS4 Special Edition and the PS5 / PS4 Anniversary Upgrade is $20, better than the PS5 / PS4 bundle priced at $50 . The total storage for both the PS5 Special Edition and the upgrade is 15.21 GB.

On the link you gave for the anniversary upgrade, it doesn't mention the Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn DLC.
I'm looking to do what you are which is to get to the Anniversary Edition with all of the DLC, but want to make sure it has the Dawnguard, Hearthfire and Dragonborn DLC at around $20 but am finding conflicting info on whether even the Special Edition comes with those DLC items or not. Some say yes but the product page says no.

Even though the link above doesn't show the Dawnguard, etc. DLC listed, it should come with those three DLC expansions?
If that's the case, then what does the Anniversary Edition provide, just the content creator's club?
