Pros:
-Super easy to use - it works just by spraying on, you do not need to add water (unlike most soaps, though there are competitors now). This makes it really convenient for cleaning some pans, a lot of dishes without a lot of sink room, or grills.
-It is excellent against grease. Some of the best dish soap I've ever used on that front.
-It's easy to target particular spots or for pans that have sat too long.
-The sprayer makes getting the soap where it needs to go super easy.
-Refillable system is easy to use.
Cons:
-It's more expensive than other dish soaps.
-I tend to go through it quicker since I'm not using water to spread the coverage area. Or at least that's how it feels.
I don't use this as everyday dish soap (we use both Mrs. Meyers and Dawn Platinum, though I like experimenting with new soaps!) but have a bottle of this on hand because in some situations there is absolutely no replacing it. It is a beast against dishes you let sit too long or burned on food. If you grill/smoker a lot you will love its flexibility.

I've been using the Dawn pumper foam refill juice from walmart for these, it doesn't really foam up as much as the real stuff but you use a lot less per spray.

Both Platinum and Foaming Platinum are meant to be applied with water to a dish, at the time of soap application. Powerwash is meant to be applied without water (though you might use water at the end to wipe it off).
